Tennessee Citizens for Wilderness Planning, an Oak Ridge-based environmental advocacy, non-for-profit organization, will be our guest conservation group at Albright Grove in December. TCWP works to educate the public about environmental issues, and to address policies and laws that affect clean air, pure water, and adequate habitat for all creatures.
Mark Bevelhimer, president of TCWP, will be the presenter. He is an avid paddler, hiker, camper, fisher, retired aquatic ecologist/fish biologist. If you truly love wild places close to home, you should come support this worthy cause.
Proceeds from this event benefit TCWP and Discover Life in America. DLiA is Great Smoky Mountains National Park’s biological science and conservation partner.
