As monarch butterflies are migrating this fall, Discover Life in America will be monitoring and tagging populations with volunteers in Cataloochee Valley in Great Smoky Mountains National Park on October 4th!
Tagging monarch butterflies serves a vital role in learning about their migration patterns and population numbers.
