In Case You Didn't Know ...
Before DLIA's research we knew of 41 species of Amphibians in the Smokies. Now, we have a total of 43! Since then 2 species have been added that are new records for the Smokies!
Biodiversity inventories pay off to help Park managers keep track of the Park's communities of frogs, toads and salamanders.
